**About Us**:

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Executive to support our human resources operations and contribute to building a high-performance culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Support payroll processing and administration of benefits.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and internal HR policies.
- Provide HR administrative support to management and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws is an advantage.
