
HR Executive

1. Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance
2. Manage and execute monthly staff payroll processing with accuracy (includes event promoter payroll), submit IR21
4. Set up and Oversee KPI for each department
5. Maintain and update accurate, confidential employee records including personal details, contracts, payroll data, and performance appraisals.
6. Liaise with insurance agent for renewal, update staff insurance policy.
7. Maintain leave records, process medical claims, WICA claims and staff courses
8. Update OED portal manpower updates and complete all the government related survey.
9. Proficient in HR Payroll Infotech software is an advantage.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience OR Human Resource Certificate (WSQ Certificate) with 3 years relevant working experience.
- Strong problem solving skill
- Good communication in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
