**A day in the life of a HR Executive...**
- Handle the full spectrum of HR functions and assist in the department’s day to day operations to deliver value-added services to management and employees
- Responsible for the hiring process of non-management staff including work pass administration, on-boarding and off-boarding
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation
- Responsible for the learning and development initiatives and activities and to build capabilities to cater for current and future needs aligned to the organization’s strategy
- Facilitate the annual performance management review process for non-management staff and competency advancement process
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture
- Be the go-to person for employee related matters for the assigned/ specific business unit
- Work closely with outsourced vendors on security services, food services and cleaning service
- Involve in workgroups, projects and internal committees as assigned

**What will make you successful**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Working experience on non-management staff will be an added advantage
- Strong HR operational background, well-versed in Singapore employment laws and practices
- Has strong passion in interacting with people and willing to go the extra mile
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
