**About our group**:
The Total Rewards Function is a Center of Excellence Function responsible for Total Rewards Program management, designing and implementing across business units in Asia.

This position reports the Director of Total Rewards Asia, it is a Total Rewards Partner working with business and Human Resources to provide solutions.

**About the role - you will**:
You will be responsible for
- Support the planning and implementation of employee well-being programs which includes but not limited to developing the program marketing and communication materials. This requires you to learn how to manage timeline, stakeholder and resources.
- Identify and develop new channels of communication on HR policies and programs
- Assist in the updating of policies on HR Portal
- Provide support in areas of HR metrics, reporting & visualization of data
- Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices
- Support day-to-day HR/Admin operations
- Other duties as assigned

In Seagate Singapore, with our 6000 strong staff strength which has a highly mixed employee profile, you learn to deal with the complexity that comes with it. You will have a taste of both the manufacturing and R&D environment that requires different strokes for each program that we introduce. This will test your ability to adapt and to think from different angles.

**About you**:

- Passionate about HR marketing, communication and analytics
- Able to understand data, trends and present reports to make actionable decisions
- Enjoy working with people. Able to work in a team, and independently.
- Creative and enjoys thinking out of the box has a flair in communication design
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Able to commit Semester Internship (Dec/Jan to April)

**Your experience includes**:

- Currently pursing Degree in Internal Communication or Human Resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
- Familiar with creative content production tools (E.g. Canva)

**Location**:
The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass transportation to work.
