**About the role***
- Report to Global Total Rewards Head based in Singapore and work closely with People team globally
- Support the development, implementation and administration of total rewards programs which include but not limited to compensation, benefit, recognition and well-being
- Assist in data analysis, modelling and reporting
- Assist in researching total rewards topics and practices
- Assist in collaboration with external consultants/vendors and internal stakeholders
- Perform other duties may assigned by manager

**What are we looking for**
- Diploma or Degree holder or students currently studying/enrolling for that
- Passionate about Total Rewards and HR
- Passionate about data analysis and able to understand data, trends and present reports to make actionable decisions
- Attention to detail, can-do and positive attitude and able to work as a team
- Innovative and able to think out of the box
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Familiar with Google Suite is an advantage i.e. Gmail, Google Sheets, etc
- Familiar with other data analysis and visualization tools is an advantage i.e. Power BI, Python etc
