**Your Job**
The Total Rewards Leader will be based in Singapore and have responsibility to lead the Asia Pacific Compensation & Benefits (C&B) resources currently based in China, India and Singapore. He/She will be supporting Koch businesses throughout the Asia Pacific region, with opportunities to collaborate and support Total Rewards initiatives globally.
**Our Team**
Koch Group Services C&B is a leverage capability that supports all Koch affiliated companies that spans across multiple industries with presence in 16 labour jurisdictions in Asia Pacific. While each team member focuses on specific countries, there are ample opportunities to participate in other countries and global initiatives.
**What You Will Do**
**Provide leadership to Total Rewards team members located in Asia Pacific**
- Ensure team (comprising regional C&B managers and analysts) is connected to Koch Company Vision, and how they can advance the vision in their roles;
- Create a collaborative team environment not only within the Asia Pacific Total Rewards team but with other Total Rewards teams in EMEA and America regions;
- Define priorities for Asia Pacific Total Rewards team while staying connected to other global initiatives;
- Align team member responsibilities based on individual talents and desire for development and fulfillment.
**Provide Total Rewards support to Koch companies and other HR teams in Asia Pacific
- Build trusted partnerships with HR teams and business leaders, supporting them to achieve their visions and strategies;
- Build relationships and collaborate with other Koch capabilities (eg. payroll, global mobility, compliance, legal, finance, tax, procurement etc);
- Support the advancement of Koch's HR Operating Model.
**The Total Rewards team in Asia Pacific lead/support programs that include**:
- Market C&B trends on industries that Koch businesses compete for talent in;
- Total compensation analysis and competitiveness to market (base pay, allowances, incentive pay);
- New benefit plan designs and implementation;
- Emerging issues (new regulations, trends) and their impact to Koch businesses/employees;
- Due diligence on new acquisitions and support on divestitures;
- Vendor strategy, selection, consolidation for economies of scale, service agreements and third party management.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- At least 8 years of HR and/or C&B experience with leadership capability;
- Possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills to manage C&B program design, cost vs benefits analysis and process development/optimization;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
