KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Total Rewards Programmes Management
Support the implementation and administration of the organisation’s Total Rewards programmes, which includes preparation of files, templates, communications materials
Performance Appraisal and Promotion Cycles Support
Assist in the management of the performance management system to ensure a timely and smooth cycle
Consolidate appraisal data and prepare materials to support performance calibration meetings
Support in performance management system enhancements
Support the execution and administration of promotion cycles
Analytics and Reporting
Compile and prepare data/report related to total rewards, performance appraisals, and promotions to support analysis and decision-making
HR Operations and Administration for Senior Management and HR Department
Manage and process employee lifecycle transactions such as new hires, transfers and terminations
Maintain and update employee records and data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Maintenance of digital personnel files
**Requirements**:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to total rewards, compensation, and performance management
Detail-oriented and meticulous with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience in HR systems (e.g. SAP Success Factors) is an advantage
