Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Good communication skills, attention to detail and integrity are critical for this position. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Make collection calls and emails to follow up on outstanding receivables Handle billing related queries from merchants or refer them to the related department Chase collection and resolve queries with merchants Perform ad hoc duties as required WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Good oral and written communication skills (English and Mandarin) Thoroughness and attention to detail Fast and independent worker with a high level of integrity Proficient in MS Office Applicants who are immediate starters or with short notice are highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
