Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) revenue targets and business objectives. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Forecast sales trend and anticipate market changes to adjust strategies accordingly. Work closely with the team to review and finalise contracts, ensuring compliance with Companypolicies and regulations. Customise solutions to clients, obtain approval by showing details of costings from Management before presenting to client. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling and market research. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Attend to site shows in Ge BIZ or Private FM job. Timely tabulation of costing to seek approval before submission. Responsible for meeting targets/KPI set out by management on a monthly/quarterly basis. Job Requirements: Diplomas in Real Estate Management and Facilities Management related, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience Proven track record of success in Business Development and Sales in Facilities Management Industry Strong MS Office and numeracy skills Fluent written and oral communication skills Team player with positive work attitude Meticulous, detail-oriented, pro-active and possess strong relationshipbuildingskills #J-18808-Ljbffr
