Champion seamless office operations, ensuring every day runs like clockwork through expert coordination and proactive management
Master administrative wizardry by effortlessly juggling tasks such as handling calls, maintaining meticulous files, and orchestrating schedules with finesse
Ensure our office is a well-oiled machine by keeping supplies stocked, equipment humming, and spaces impeccably organized
Spearhead the charge on office aesthetics and functionality, guaranteeing a pristine environment that boosts productivity and morale
Take charge of financial wizardry by skillfully managing budgets and expenses, ensuring every penny is wisely invested
Build strong partnerships with vendors and service providers, ensuring top-notch service and competitive pricing
Cultivate a vibrant and collaborative office culture, fostering an environment where everyone thrives
Tackle tech challenges head-on, providing basic IT support or coordinating with specialists to keep our systems running smoothly
Lead exciting office renovation projects from concept to completion, collaborating with contractors and vendors to create inspiring workspaces on time and within budget
Elevate employee engagement through meticulously organized events and celebrations that leave a lasting positive impact on our team
What you look like:
A minimum of five years' in Office Management focused on office operations, administration as well as employee engagement driven by townhalls, monthly events and celebrations
We’re looking for someone who is a dynamic and energetic individual with a passion for fostering office engagement and a vibrant approach to daily responsibilities
Experience in working for a similar sized and fast paced organisation is ideal
