- Increase staff retention and engagement scores through trust-building and practical support initiatives.
- Launch a professional development roadmap for caregivers and clinical staff, including pathways to dementia-specific certification.
- Reinforce compliance and governance structures while streamlining operations with human-centred systems.
- Position us as an employer of choice in the eldercare sector through storytelling, partnerships, and proactive branding.
- Proven success in leading people strategy during times of change, ideally in a care or community-focused environment.
- Deep understanding of human motivation, workforce dynamics, and culture-building.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and boards to align HR with strategy.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to coach, mentor, and inspire diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Singapore labour laws, HR compliance, and practical experience implementing policies with empathy.
- Background in healthcare, social services, hospitality, or eldercare settings preferred.
- Comfortable with modern HR tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and data-informed decision making.
- Be part of a mission bigger than metrics: restoring dignity, community, and identity to persons with dementia.
