Job Title: Senior Executive Leader for Dementia Innovation

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative senior executive to lead the growth of our dementia resource portal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, social sciences, gerontology, or a health-related field.

  • Develop and publish engaging content for our website, research/evaluation reports, and other resources focusing on the latest dementia care and research advancements.
  • Proactively identify emerging topics within communities impacted by dementia to create innovative new content themes supporting these communities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to co-author articles and develop dementia-related resources.
  • Manage administrative tasks including documenting meeting notes, project schedules, coordinating project activities, monitoring services provided, and tracking progress.
  • Provide research support for projects including literature review, conducting focus groups, interviews, surveys, data analysis, and interpretation of findings.
  • Assist in preparing evaluation/research reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • An Honours or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Gerontology, or a health-related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent writing skills, academic and report writing abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective organisational and time management abilities.
  • Experience in data collection for qualitative research studies preferred.
  • Able to work independently and as a responsible team player.
