- Formulate strategic planning and implementation of DFSG initiative plans.
- Guide the team on developing strategies, addressing challenges and identifying new opportunities.
- Bridge communications between team and corporate management on aligning strategic objectives and key updates that are relevant to DFSG initiative.
- Work with the team to develop processes to consolidate information and data required to project trends, needs and opportunities for forward planning.

To develop effective engagement strategies to influence key stakeholders to come on board DFSG initiative and implement dementia-friendly and community mental health initiatives
- Review team’s engagement approaches with community stakeholders and various partners.
- Guide the team to identify needs, build rapport and explore opportunities in expansion and strengthening regional partners network.
- Leverage on community and sector partners networks to advocate and empower them to enhance support to better meet the dementia and mental health needs of clients and caregivers.

To advise team in Programme Management and support Sector Development
- Work with the team in strengthening collaboration with key stakeholders including ministries to plan for national campaigns with relevant agencies to raise national dementia awareness and de-stigmatisation.
- Work with the team to monitor the development of existing Dementia-Friendly Communities (DFCs) and influence set up of new DFCs.
- Support team lead on the planning and work with relevant healthcare and community care organisations to strengthen the flow of clients, information and care transitions to build an integrated dementia and mental health care ecosystem

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognised Bachelor degree preferably healthcare-related discipline with at least 8 years’ experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, in healthcare or community care sectors preferred.
- Prior experience in mental health or community engagement/partnership will be an advantage.
- Demonstrate system thinking and understanding of the community care ecosystem.
- Able to multi-task and possess strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; proactive, responsible, good, team player, can work independently, able to manage change & ambiguity.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt well to a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of responsibility.
