**Overview**
**About CARA**
CARA stands for Community, Assurance, Rewards and Acceptance.
**Role description**
In this role, you will work across functions - Product, Marcom, Finance and Operations - to ensure that the CARA is well-positioned and delivering features and functionalities suited to user needs.
You will work closely with the Product (software development team) and across functionalities to understand strengths and weaknesses of the current offerings and be able to make strategic suggestions on improvements to the platform. This should take into consideration resource and technical feasibilities.
At the core, the role requires you to lead the development and execution of CARA’s overall product marketing and communications strategy for both offline and online marketing channels. The objective is to build, maintain and expand CARA’s awareness, social media presence and ultimately grow the user base. This will include monitoring, managing, and maintaining all aspects of CARA’s user touchpoints (e.g website, app, social media, collaterals). The communication efforts will also require you to copy-write, review and oversee the creation of marcom materials, as well as planning and implementing events and initiatives.
You will also be tasked to monitor, track and report on campaign performance. Other duties will include assisting in the recruitment, training, and management of a pool of volunteers.
**Responsibilities**
- Use data and insights gathered to drive strategic decision making on CARA, including (but not limited to) app improvements, platform engagement and prioritising it on the business roadmap.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Increase awareness and conversions amongst target audience for CARA through strategic marketing presence and partnerships.
- Champion the platform to drive affinity, acquisition, usage and loyalty.
- Drive execution and monitor the progress of CARA product marketing strategies through appropriate tools and techniques.
- Collaborate closely with team members on the development, QA, and product releases and balance of resources to ensure success of the platform.
- Assist in managing and growing a pool of CARA volunteers.
- Any other duties as & when assigned.
**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience with product marketing, marketing communications or other relevant experience.
- Experience in health/community care is a plus.
- Basic understanding of quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong operating and leadership skills; equally comfortable being executing hands-on and leading internal and external teams.
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced start-up like environment.
