The Programme Executive offers the Meeting Centre members with dementia the opportunity to engage in meaningful activities at the Meeting Centre. You are to advise the family members about meaningful activities in the home situation. In terms of organization, you work under the supervision of the Programme Manager of the Meeting Centre Support Programme (MCSP).

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Manager of Service Development to meet identified key objectives for Care Services:

- Ensure high standards in the delivery of care and services based on best person-centred practices.
- Ensure New Horizon Centre (NHC) services comply with MOH Service Requirements for Centre-based Care and other related government advisories.
- Standardise and upkeep inventory of SOPs and Work Instructions for centre-based services in intranet.
- Engage actively with other stakeholders for operations-related matters in Care Services.
- Assist in developing services, policies and procedures to support teams and functions across the Care Services department.
- Assist in other departmental operation needs.
- Serve as deputy Data Protection Officer (DPO).
- Any other duties and responsibilities as may be required..

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related fields preferred.
- Passionate about dementia care and have 2 years working in eldercare settings.
- Good oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle projects with tight deadlines.
- Possess macro perspectives (ability to see things from management/policy point of view) and ability to understand things from micro perspectives (from the ground staff level).
- Ability to work independently from tasks conception to completion, an eye for details.
