About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Dialog Group Bhd as an Executive - Commercial, based in Tanjung Langsat Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and commercial growth for the organisation.
Key Accountabilities:
Establish good rapport and relationships with internal stakeholders to promote strong team spirit and functional support.
Submit regular business updates, including monthly flash reports.
Prepare and manage minutes of meetings with internal and external stakeholders arranged by the commercial department.
Facilitate and organize commercial, technical, and operational discussions to address business inquiries and project requirements.
Work autonomously on assigned tasks, providing regular progress updates to supervisors and ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
Ensure timely updates or setups in the TIM system for new contracts, capacity changes, rate adjustments, and contract durations.
Verify that commercial fees are accurately generated on invoices issued by Finance.
Monitor payment timelines, send bi-weekly reminders to customers, and follow up promptly on overdue payments to ensure all payments are made within the agreed credit term.
Independently engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve general inquiries related to payments and invoicing for existing customers.
Facilitate and organize online meetings and terminal visits for new customers in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Professional Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in related fields
At least 2 years or 3 years (Diploma) of experience in bulk liquid terminals or oil & gas plant or refinery.
