Project Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Supervise a team of site managers, delegating tasks and ensuring on-site progress.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining professional relationships and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing corrective measures.
  • Prepare and review project financial reports, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Liaise with customers regularly, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all project sites.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Solid experience in project budgeting and financial control.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
