Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various aspects of building, construction, and A&A projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring project objectives are met and progress is on track.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans and oversee operational and administrative procedures.
  • Contribute valuable insights and advice during the proposal and tendering phase.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure necessary submissions, clearances, and documentation are in place.
  • Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications, and complies with local building regulations and company ISO standards.
  • Lead a team of project members to identify and mitigate risks, and solve construction issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • A Civil/Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management of building, construction, and A&A works.
  • Prior experience working on Healthcare A&A projects is essential.
  • A dynamic and motivated personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership to lead a team of dedicated project members.
  • The ability to think creatively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and familiarity with Microsoft Project.
  • Certification in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
