Senior Project Manager Role

Join us to apply for this Senior Project Manager role at our company.

  • We are looking for a skilled professional with a degree in Architectural, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, or Construction Management.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry or 3 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Able to demonstrate strong project management, decision making and leadership skills, good communication, written and presentation skills, team player who is analytical, resourceful and results-oriented, good attitude and self-motivated.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Consultant to manage the day-to-day operations of the Building Contract. This includes planning, coordination, reporting and implementation of the Project, preparing and monitoring the project according to the approved construction programme, attending briefings and providing relevant materials and technical inputs, planning and implementation of the Project including obtaining permits and contract documentation.

  • Track and monitor the contractor's submission to authorities for clearance, inspections, shop-drawings, method statements and work trades demonstration approved schedules.
  • Review and monitor the project's overall master programme and cost to ensure that the Project is within the allocated budget.
