Overview:

As a skilled Master Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling project activities to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
    • Review and interpret designs, blueprints, and technical documents to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Budget and Cost Management:
    • Prepare and control project budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage invoicing with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
    • Track and analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
  • On-Site Supervision:
    • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project specifications.
    • Conduct site inspections and manage site logistics, equipment, and labor force, promoting a safe working environment.
    • Resolve on-site issues and delays effectively, minimizing impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements, maintaining a proactive approach to risk management.
    • Implement and enforce health and safety procedures on-site, fostering a culture of safety awareness among project teams.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, and project teams, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, and changes.
    • Prepare and present progress reports and documentation, ensuring clear and concise communication of project information.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that construction standards, materials, and workmanship meet or exceed required quality benchmarks, promoting excellence in project delivery.
    • Conduct quality checks and coordinate inspections with third-party assessors or regulators, maintaining a high level of quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing potential issues before they impact the project.
    • Respond effectively to unexpected issues such as delays, labor shortages, or supply chain disruptions, minimizing their impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Team Leadership:
