About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Master Project Coordinator to spearhead a high-profile housing project in East, Singapore. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring timely completion, and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
  • Maintain strict cost control measures to meet financial objectives.
  • Evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues proactively.
  • Create and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases.
Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in large-scale construction projects (preferably HDB projects).
  • Familiarity with HDB guidelines, local construction laws, and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive project success through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
