Job Description

A master project coordinator is responsible for the successful planning, coordination and execution of projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. They will also have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.

The master project coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets and resource plans
  • Coordinating with team members, stakeholders and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress to senior management

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, team members and vendors

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of project coordination experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
