We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our architectural department and lead various projects. The ideal candidate will possess a recognised degree and masters in architecture, be registered as an architect with BOA Singapore, and have over 5 years of architectural experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead entire Architectural department and ongoing/new projects.
- Attend meetings with clients and provide endorsement as a Qualified Person (QP) for all architecture plans and authority submissions.
- Sign off Board Resolutions, Audit Reports, and other documents as required as a registered director with ACRA.
- Collaborate with professionals on design matters, produce feasibility reports and design proposals, and advise on project practicality.
- Supervise projects from start to finish, conduct site visits, and prepare contract documents.
- Manage the Architecture department, resolve problems, and ensure environmental impact is managed.
- Perform market analysis and plan KPIs for every quarter.
- Search tenders from Gebiz and government agencies.
- Recognised Degree and Masters in Architecture.
- Registered as an Architect with BOA Singapore.
- Over 5 years of architectural experience.
