Construction Supervisor Job Description">

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning and coordinating project schedules, managing labor and equipment, ensuring quality control, and enforcing safety protocols.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Site Management: Supervise daily construction activities on site, maintaining adherence to safety standards, quality, and specifications.
  • Resource Management: Optimize productivity and cost-efficiency by effectively managing labor, equipment, and materials.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets design specifications, standards, and codes.
  • Compliance and Safety: Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of project progress, daily reports, safety logs, and change orders.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical issues, delays, or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Communication: Liaise between the project management team, design team, workers, and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Carpentry: Proficient in various carpentry skills, including woodwork, framing, and finishing.
  • Construction: Experience in construction management, supervision, or related fields.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, able to motivate and direct teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to address complex issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
