Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to parents, students, and visitors at BPA. This role involves handling inquiries, managing class bookings, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and ensure professionalism and a smooth customer service experience to all stakeholders.
Accountable for all correspondence matters (class scheduling, updates, announcements, etc.) with parents and students via various communication platforms.
Manage escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide administrative support to coaches, including managing the assessment exercise of students with the tabulation, presentation, and delivery of the assessment reports to all stakeholders.
Maintain close communication with the coaching team to ensure accurate and updated information is communicated and vice versa.
Upkeep of student database records and manage class schedules in the CRM systems. Manage inventory levels for merchandise.
Responsible for the issuance of all term invoices and merchandise sales.
Liaise with building management on any maintenance issues and facilities requests.
Ensure that the overall presentation of the Academy venue is proper, clean, and safe.
Support management to ensure smooth operations processes and flow for all events (trainings, competitions, etc.).
Handle all matters and correspondence with the Singapore Gymnastics Association.
Provide inter-department assistance such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment in customer service initiatives and address customer needs effectively.
Comply with the child safe sport commitment established by the company.
Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
