Roles & Responsibilities

Hiring: Customer Service Executive (12-Months Contract)

Location: Somerset
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $4,430 + 1-month bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve complaints independently and effectively within service standards.
Provide timely and quality responses to customer queries and feedback.
Manage customer surveys and call-backs accurately and promptly.
Support project delivery and monthly reporting.
Handle ad-hoc duties to support departmental and company goals.

Requirements:

Min Diploma/Degree with customer service experience in Banking/Financial Services preferred.
