Job Description

This role involves coordinating order management and fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creation and processing of sales orders and delivery orders daily
  • Keying in sales report daily
  • Ensuring returned delivery orders are endorsed and scanned to finance for billing
  • Generating packing lists for production teams
  • Providing product or service information to internal and external customers
  • Liaising with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve missed items or delivery exceptions
  • Coordinating with logistics for specific delivery timing requests to meet customer expectations
