Join our dynamic team as a **Order Administrator cum Shipping Coordinator** where you'll play a crucial role in supporting both our logistics and administrative operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, etc.)
- Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Handle import/export documentation and compliance with regulations
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, documentation, data entry, correspondence)
- Maintain records of shipment logs, vendor databases, and office supplies
- Support management in reporting and office coordination duties
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms
- Familiar with customs clearance processes and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Fluency in English and ability to read Mandarin
**Preferred**:
- Background in industry, trading or manufacturing
- Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
