
Sales Order Coordinator

This permanent Sales Administration role is available in the manufacturing and food production industry. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales orders, liaising with customers, and ensuring seamless inter-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Management: Create and update sales orders for internal circulation, as well as assist in their amendment and deletion.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Assist in coordinating sales orders between various departments, including production, purchasing, and shipping.
- Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers regarding sales orders, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Documentation: Upload, maintain, and periodically update all sales order documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reporting: Compile and generate reports on sales performance, cost statements, and other relevant metrics.
- Operations Support: Provide support for shop weekly operations, including preparation of cost statements and other administrative tasks.
- Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
