This position involves processing sales orders with accuracy and timeliness, preparing quotes and contracts in coordination with the sales team, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process and manage sales orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with precision and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance data.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support related to sales orders, pricing, and product availability.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and materials for client meetings.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communications for the sales team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
