Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our operations in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Based in Singapore, this role is pivotal in driving our business growth, managing regional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of our strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify market opportunities and trends to expand our market presence.
Oversee regional operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a regional management role, preferably in the membrane technology or water treatment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to travel extensively within the APAC region.
