The Role
My client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Technical Sales Manager
to join our Singapore-based team. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their technical requirements to deliver customized solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to the leadership team.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in technical sales, with a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge in water/wastewater treatment processes/chemicals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
