Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a strategic Automotive Sales Leader to build and develop a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and a passion for driving sales growth through exceptional customer experiences and team performance.

This is a hands-on role for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Building & Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic sales team from the ground up.
    • Foster a performance-oriented culture through coaching, mentoring, and motivation.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team briefings to align goals and expectations.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet organizational objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify new business opportunities.
    • Set monthly and quarterly targets and monitor team performance against key performance indicators.
  • Training & Development:
    • Organize ongoing training programs and weekly sales meetings to enhance team skills.
    • Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Ensure the delivery of an outstanding customer experience across the sales process.
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
    • Implement customer retention and referral programs.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Ensure accurate vehicle pricing, trade-in appraisals, and deal structuring.
    • Monitor inventory levels and work with other departments to ensure vehicle availability.
    • Oversee the visual presentation and cleanliness of the sales showroom and lot.
