Job Opportunity: Automotive Sales Team Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Automotive Sales Team Leader to spearhead our high-performing sales team. This is a leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, strong strategic thinking, and a passion for driving sales growth through exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet dealership objectives.
  • Build and lead a dynamic sales team from the ground up, fostering a performance-oriented culture through coaching, mentoring, and motivation.
  • Ensure accurate vehicle pricing, trade-in appraisals, and deal structuring.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with other departments to ensure vehicle availability.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in automotive sales and at least 2-3 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
