Internship Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales & Mechanical Intern to support our sales and service teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both customer-facing sales roles and behind-the-scenes mechanical operations. You will work closely with experienced professionals, learning the ins and outs of automotive retail and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
  • Assist sales representatives in engaging with customers and promoting vehicles.
  • Learn sales techniques, product knowledge, and dealership operations.
  • Support lead generation, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
  • Participate in showroom presentations and test drive coordination.
Mechanical & Service Support:
  • Shadow certified technicians in vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Assist with basic mechanical tasks (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections).
  • Learn about automotive systems, tools, and service best practices.
  • Help with workshop organization and inventory management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Passion for the automotive industry (sales, service, or both).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license (a plus).
