SCOPE
The F&B Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for the Food and Beverage Division, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. They will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the F&B Division in daily administrative duties;
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and maintain records;
  • Prepare departmental reports, monitor promotions, and ensure compliance with company policies;
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity;
  • Diligent, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Competent in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
