SCOPE
The F&B Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for the Food and Beverage Division, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. They will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the F&B Division in daily administrative duties;
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and maintain records;
- Prepare departmental reports, monitor promotions, and ensure compliance with company policies;
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations;
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity;
- Diligent, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Competent in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
