Administrative Assistant Role in F&B

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes in our dynamic F&B team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and digital filing systems, handling applications and submissions on government portals related to F&B licensing and renewals, drafting and preparing authorisation letters and official documents, and assisting the manager with daily admin tasks such as scheduling, note-taking, report preparation, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy access and compliance.
  • Handle applications and submissions on government portals related to F&B licensing and renewals.
  • Draft and prepare authorisation letters and official documents for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist the manager with daily admin tasks: scheduling, note-taking, report preparation, and presentations.
  • Liaise with government agencies and external partners on behalf of the company.
  • Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Business Admin or related field.
  • 1+ year experience in administrative roles (F&B industry experience is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with government portals and licensing processes (advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
