What You'll Do
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy access and compliance.
- Handle applications and submissions on government portals related to F&B licensing and renewals.
- Draft and prepare authorisation letters and official documents for management and regulatory bodies.
- Assist the manager with daily admin tasks: scheduling, note-taking, report prep, and presentations.
- Liaise with government agencies and external partners on behalf of the company.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Take on ad-hoc administrative projects as needed
We're Looking For
- Qualification: Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Business Admin or related field.
- Experience: 1+ year in administrative roles (F&B industry experience is a plus).
- Familiar with government portals and licensing processes (advantageous).
- Strong communication skills (written & spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Independent yet a strong team player with a growth mindset.
