**Summary of Responsibilities**
- Perform and provide Secretarial duties and support to the Director of Food and Beverage (F&B)
- Schedule and maintain Director of F&B daily meetings and appointments
- Record minutes for all F&B meetings
- Handle all incoming and outgoing food and beverage correspondence promptly and accurately
- Ensure that daily shifts and leaves are input accurately and timely for departments' rosters
- Maintain records on coaching and counseling, training, leave balance, purchases, financial reports, work injuries and store requisitions
- Track and follow up on tasks which are delegated to the outlet managers by the Director of F&B
- Administer all mail going in and out of the F&B office
- Brief new outlet managers on their administrative duties during their induction
- Handle and cocordinate F&B promotions and events
- Ensure proper and timely filing of all F&B and financial records
- Any other duties assigned as and when by the Director of Food and Beverage
**Job Requirements**
- Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Communicates with fluency in English
- Proficient in computer skills
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
