**Job Responsibility**
Handle all office administrative duties to ensure smooth running of day to day business operations for all F&B outlets.
Provide support to F&B operations team for activities pertaining to events and promotions and prepare presentations/proposals when necessary.
Manage and track inventory; monitor proper utilization of supplies and replenish by placing orders.
Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and restaurant equipment
Vet purchase requisitions before requesting Management’s approval
Prepare monthly sales reports, create and update records and databases of employees, and other data pertaining to F&B.
Carry out basic book keeping tasks
Maintain social media accounts for the company
Assist with menu design and printing
Liaise with governmental agencies
