Administrative Support Role in Food and Beverage Department

Job Description:

  • Assist the F&B Manager in all aspects of food and beverage administration.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and agendas for departmental and House & Bar Committee gatherings.
  • Attend to queries from members and guests related to F&B services.
  • Update the F&B promotion calendar.
  • Collaborate with the Marcom Department on promotional materials.
  • Manage and apply for F&B licenses.
  • Maintain and update Point of Sale (POS) and ordering systems for food and beverage outlets.
  • Manage purchase orders and requisition documents.
  • Maintain stationery supplies for departments.
  • Ensure effective communication with outlet managers and supervisors on daily operations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Friendly and service-oriented personality.
  • Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask.
