Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

  • As a Food and Beverage Service Professional, you will play a pivotal role in creating lasting impressions for our hotel guests. Your warm smile, attentive demeanor, and exceptional service skills will make all the difference in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized services to guests, exceeding their expectations through prompt response times, accurate order fulfillment, and warm interactions.
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay, taking proactive measures to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation within the coffee house, lobby areas, and other public spaces.
  • Assist in setting up function rooms for events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place to create a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Set up tables with appropriate utensils, ensuring that guests' needs are met and they feel comfortable during meals.
  • Participate in taking Room Service orders, accurately capturing guests' requests and preferences.
  • Prepare morning breakfast buffets, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Certificate in Food & Beverage operations or equivalent qualifications.
  • Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate from a reputable institution.
  • Demonstrate at least one year of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential for interacting with guests.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is advantageous for communicating with guests from China and Taiwan.
