Front Office Expertise Required

We are seeking a skilled and friendly professional to join our team as a Senior Guest Service Executive. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, handling telephone calls promptly and up-selling room types whenever possible.
  • Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly, and report to supervisors as necessary.
  • Ensure guest room security, emergency, and fire procedures are adhered to, and encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe).
  • Be familiar with hotel facilities, functions, and major city attractions, providing guests with accurate information upon request.
Requirements:
  • Minimum O-level qualification
  • Able to perform rotating shifts
  • Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent public relations skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera systems advantageous
