Your primary goal will be to collect and accurately record guest preferences, and then act upon them in a way that delights our guests. This may involve working closely with other departments to ensure that all requests are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.

In addition to collecting and acting on guest preferences, you will also be responsible for driving customer retention by being a role model in delighting guests in every single interaction. This means being proactive in seeking feedback from guests to identify areas for improvement, and then taking action to address any concerns or issues that arise.

You will also be responsible for handling all guest requests or inquiries promptly and in a professional and helpful manner. This may involve communicating with guests via phone, email, or in person, and providing them with accurate and timely information about their requests or inquiries.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to adopt a positive approach towards a productive working environment, and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar capacity in a hotel or hospitality industry.
