Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay with us.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Meet and Greet
  • Solving Guest Challenges
  • Upgrading or Promoting Hotel Services and Amenities
  • Ensuring Quality Service is Provided to Guests
  • Managing the Front Desk
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service

You will also be responsible for training new staff members, conducting pre-shift briefings, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, and the ability to work under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience in the hotel industry
  • Calm, efficient, resourceful, and organized
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Able to listen and respond to demanding guest needs
  • Accountable and resilient
  • Ability to work under pressure
