**Job Opportunity: Executive Host**

Our organization is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Executive Host. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their stay.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills. As an Executive Host, you will be the face of our organization, representing us to our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and other arrival arrangements.
  • Provide personalized support to guests throughout their stay, addressing any concerns or requests they may have.
  • Assist with Paiza Membership enrollment and management, ensuring seamless experiences for our members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction, working closely with Sales, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, and other departments as needed.
  • Conduct MBS Casino tours for Paiza guests, showcasing the various amenities and services available.
  • Work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends, adapting to changing schedules as required.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 'N' levels, 'O' levels, 'A' levels or Diploma holders.
  • Prior experience in a Hospitality or Customer Service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
