Senior Guest Service Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure memorable stays for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service
    • Provide courteous and efficient service to all guests, responding promptly to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
    • Familiarize yourself with room types and rates, and up-sell opportunities to guests whenever possible.
    • Take ownership of problems and handle guest complaints according to established procedures.
    • Ensure guest room security and emergency procedures are followed, and encourage the use of safe deposit boxes.
    • Provide guests with accurate information about hotel facilities, functions, major attractions, and events.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum O-level qualification required
    • Able to perform rotating shifts
    • Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and good public relations skills
    • Prior experience in hospitality advantageous

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
