Restaurant Host/Hostess

Our restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a professional and organized individual who can efficiently manage reservations, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests warmly and making them feel at home
  • Managing reservations and seatings with precision and care
  • Providing detailed information about the restaurant's offerings and menus
  • Familiarizing yourself with the hotel's processes and technologies to enhance the guest experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. You should also have knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience in a food service position.

  • Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field
  • Minimum of 6-12 months hands-on experience in food service position
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Retail or guest interaction experience
