About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Exceptional Guest Experience Specialist.

Job Description
  • Perform timely and accurate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Enter all reservations correctly, verifying details for accuracy.
  • Handle guest enquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance Department to provide exceptional services.
  • Carry out assigned duties and responsibilities with diligence and attention to detail, exceeding guest expectations.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Higher Secondary qualification in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a related field, preferably in Entry Level positions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Front Office operations, Restaurant management, Housekeeping procedures, Inventory control, Spa services, Cashiering, and Customer Service is essential.
